Job description:
Tamarack Physiotherapy is hiring a full time/part time receptionist/client care coordinator to start immediately to join the fun and dynamic team.
Duties Include-
Answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments
Patient chart compiling and organization
Sending and tracking third party report deadlines and processing payments
Greeting and checking in patients at the front desk
Working with therapists to maintain a time efficient schedule
Understanding and following WCB, MVA and other third party policies and procedures
Other various reception duties and keeping a clean front desk area
Getting to know our awesome patients and getting to help people every day!
Previous related education and experience is Preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Warm, friendly telephone manner Customer service experience required, ideally in the service sector;
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$23.35 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
