What You Will Do:
Greets clients and visitors, and directs them to the appropriate staff or area
Receives and directs incoming phone calls
Screens all visitors as per Carefor defined protocols
Receives and processes cash donations
Receives deliveries from vendors
Assists administrative staff with overflow work, such as data entry, photocopying, and correspondence
Maintains reception area, keeping it sanitized and free of clutter.

Qualifications
Highschool diploma or acceptable combination of education and experience
Minimum one year experience in an office environment
Experience in Health Care or Community Support setting is an asset
Experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in handling confidential information
Bilingualism (English/French), an asset
Ability to interact effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients.
Ability to function as an effective team member and work cooperatively and respectfully with others
Able to adapt to change as the position requires, receptive to new methods and ideas
