Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages when necessary.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Receive payments and send invoices.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
Handle filing and document organization to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly..
Qualifications
Previous office experience, preferably in the immigration field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are necessary for this role.
Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
