Clifton is currently searching for a receptionist to join the Administrative Team in our Calgary office. Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, you will provide overall administrative support to the Calgary office and be a valued member of the Clifton team. The successful candidate(s) will be an enthusiastic, detail oriented professional with an ability to adapt to a changing organizational environment in pursuit of growth and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet visitors, clients, and service providers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Provide detailed and accurate front desk and administrative support, including data entry, compiling and printing of documents.
  • Answer and route all incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner and provide accurate information to caller inquiries.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order and maintain stock of office, coffee, and stationery supplies.
  • Maintain office security by issuing building and security key fobs, locking and unlocking the office building daily using TRIUM software, and updating the visitor log as required.
  • Ensure efficient and effective paper and digital filing of documents in line with Clifton?s Quality Management System.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and setting up of meeting rooms, events, and other engagements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma. Degree, diploma, or certificate in Administration from a recognized postsecondary institution an asset, but not required.
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative role and asset.
  • Results oriented with an ability to work independently and contribute positively as part of a team.
  • Very organized, with a keen attention to detail, able to effectively handle multiple, conflicting priorities, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, in the context of work/life balance.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products; Experience with Zoom an asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Continued attention to safety and safe work environments, with a strong workplace safety orientation.
