We're currently seeking a

Receptionist

to join our

Belleville

team and

help us build what really matters!

THE OPPORTUNITY:



Full-Time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Receives incoming phone calls and routes them to the appropriate extension and or branch. Ensures messages are taken and relayed as required. Answer electronic enquiries as required. Sorts and distributes mail, prepare out-bound mailings (i.e. cheques) as required. Scans pick tickets and files documents. Reviews cash pick tickets. Maintains physical and electronic filing systems. Coordinates scheduling for training and/or conference rooms as required. Processes cash transactions, reconciles daily and remits to the Accounting department. Greets visitors and advises the appropriate personnel of their arrival. Ensures sign-in and logging of necessary information in the Visitor Log Book for all on-site visitors. Provides general information to inbound callers as required. Transfers calls between departments and employees. Uses intercom to call department and/or employees as required. Executes all other duties required to perform the position or requested by the immediate supervisor.

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM:



Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent Post-secondary education in Office Administration program, an asset Previous experience in a Receptionist/Office Admin role, an asset Ability to manage a high-volume switchboard system Excellent attention to detail, highly organized Strong written and verbal communication in English Computer literacy (i.e. MS Word, Outlook, Mincron) Ability to work well independently Good interpersonal skills, tactful Ability to maintain high level of professionalism
