The Administrator provides general administrative and clerical support to the centre following standardized processes and procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls for both heating and fireplace
  • Greets walk in customers in showroom
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Some data entry and typing of quotes
Qualifications:
  • The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer software skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team work is a priority and the Administrator must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.
  • The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
  • The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
