This role is a full-time position, based onsite 5 days per week in our Cambridge office.
The successful candidate will provide exemplary reception duties and customer service for branch customers and clients. The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant will also assist with the opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail and faxes, scanning and indexing daily internal and external mail.
What you will do:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and prospects
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive and process client payments
Manage incoming faxes and email
Manage voicemail inbox
Scan, archive and retrieve policy documents
Support mailroom incoming/outgoing mail
Provide Helpdesk support and employee support
Support inventory and document control
Provide internal and external Events support
Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed
Perform other duties, as assigned
What you will bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous reception experience is required
Strong customer service and caring attitude
Demonstrates sound judgement, ethics and integrity
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work in a physical work environment requiring the ability to lift, move and set up, for example: office furniture and/or boxes, etc.
