Oakville Centre for Cognitive Therapy is a dynamic and collaborative psychological practice with a team of 27 professionals, including psychologists and psychologists-in-training. Our administrative team plays a crucial role in supporting our office's operations, and we are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our outstanding team. Role Overview:



As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support across a variety of administrative tasks. You would work alongside another Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who works full-time. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and responding to emails from current and potential clients Scheduling appointments and managing client bookings Greeting clients and assisting with check-in upon arrival Processing payments and managing financial transactions Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals Coordinating with third-party payors (e.g., insurance companies) Assisting with payroll and other daily administrative functions Supporting other office tasks as required
Training will be provided on our practice management software (Jane) and additional office procedures.

Our office is located at 1235 Trafalgar Road in Oakville, easily accessible by car, bus, or GO Train, near the intersection of Trafalgar and the QEW.
