Job title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant



Reporting to: Sales Director - Calgary



Overview:



We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary based sales team. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of office tasks and assisting with general office operations. The successful candidate must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, have clear and concise communication skills, computer knowledge and a strong customer service focus.

Full-time position



Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.



Location: 2600 - 61 Ave S.E. Calgary, Alberta T2C 4V2



Duties:

Answering phones and directing calls

Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital

Date Entry (databases and spreadsheets)

Maintaining records and ensuring accuracy

Greeting office guests and providing general information

Maintaining office supplies along with general housekeeping

Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary

Perform/assist in light bookkeeping and financial record keeping (POS & Cheques)

Handling general billing and invoicing tasks

Sorting and distributing mail

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Experience in an office setting is preferred
