Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Our client, a downtown law firm with a supportive and friendly working environment, is seeking an energetic and keen professional to fill their newly available role for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing front desk responsibilities and welcoming clients and visitors
  • Providing general administrative and operational support across the office
  • Coordinating events, including internal socials and client functions
  • Liaising with vendors, building management, and IT service providers
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role, ideally in a professional office environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with tools like SharePoint or Adobe is a plus
  • A professional and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year dependent on experience.
