About Us



We are a

multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic

dedicated to helping our community feel better, move better, and live better. Our team of physiotherapists and healthcare professionals prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing exceptional care.

We're looking for a

friendly, organized, and creative individual

to join us at the front desk. Someone who can manage administrative duties while also supporting our online presence.

Responsibilities



Reception & Administrative Support



Greet patients with a professional, welcoming attitude Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage emails Handle patient intake forms and maintain accurate records Process payments and direct billing (training provided) Support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

Social Media & Content Creation



Create engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Highlight clinic services, wellness tips, and patient success stories (with consent) Capture and edit photos/videos in the clinic setting Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries on social media

Qualifications



Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva (or similar tools) Creative eye for content and basic photo/video editing skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented personality

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
