We're looking for a hybrid French/English bilingual Receptionist/Admin Assistant in the professional services industry.

Our client is a world leader consulting firm who partner with corporations, enterprises, and agencies, in all sectors, in providing a comprehensive range of services. The French/English bilingual Receptionist/Admin Assistant is the main point of contact for the Toronto and Montreal offices. This is a crucial role in the organization being the Director of First Impressions while providing office operations support as well as administrative support to EA's and Executives.

French/English Bilingual Receptionist/Admin responsibilities:

  • Receive, screen and route all phone calls for the Toronto and Montreal offices
  • Being the main point of contact for the Toronto and Montreal offices
  • Managing the front of the Toronto office; including welcoming clients, catering, set up and anything required for client meetings
  • Inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Managing expense reports and employee birthdays
  • Monitoring office equipment and maintenance
  • Works closely with EA's and office staff providing administrative support
The successful candidate has:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, within a professional services industry is an asset
  • Post secondary education is preferred
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, and able to set up technology for conferences and meetings
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines
  • A high attention to detail with the ability to be a natural problem solver, collaborator and team player
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in French and English
  • proactive and reliable
  • Able to work collaboratively with the executive, team, and other administrators
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $60, 000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
