About Us:

We're a privately owned, community-focused veterinary clinic committed to providing high-quality care for pets and compassionate service for our clients. As a valued member of our veterinary team, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders Maintain accurate patient records and billing information Support the veterinary team with communication and organization Handle general administrative tasks and maintain a clean reception area Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is an asset Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency with computers and scheduling software A compassionate, calm, and customer-focused attitude Availability for full-time hours, including some closing evenings
