Position Summary



We are seeking a reliable and organized

Reception / Fuel Administrator

to join our

Lloydminster

team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting our growing cardlock and fuel management programs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Reception & Office Administration



Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries professionally. Manage mail, couriers, and general office organization. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient front-office environment. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Fuel & Cardlock Administration



Process new client onboarding applications for fuel and fleet programs. Set up and maintain customer accounts in our fuel management system. Train new clients on how to use Nexus fleet and fuel management software. Coordinate and track the distribution of fuel cards. Support customers with card or account inquiries, PIN resets, and account updates. Monitor cardlock transactions, ensure data accuracy, and reconcile any account discrepancies.

Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude. Experience in the fuel, logistics, or transportation industry is an asset but not required.
