What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome and guide all visitors, clients, and internal staff with professionalism and care.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, and manage the reception inbox.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all conference room logistics run smoothly.
- Handle catering orders and act as the main point of contact for external suppliers.
- Support project managers and team leads in the coordination of internal events and meetings.
- Prepare weekly administrative reports (billing, orders, supplier info) and complete general administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Background in a corporate, hospitality, or high-end customer service setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities with calm and precision.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude.
