About the Role:



You're the key connection point between the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams -- making sure customer orders are processed accurately, claims are handled efficiently, and delivery operations run smoothly. This role supports day-to-day order flow while enhancing client satisfaction and internal communication.

Responsibilities:



Receiving:

Ensure all incoming products are accurately received into the warehouse system and allocated to the correct orders.

Claims:

Process claims for damaged products including submission to vendors and direct client communication on claim status.

Delivery Scheduling + Quoting:

Assist with delivery scheduling and quoting for out of town orders when necessary.

Document Management:

Ensure all shipping and delivery documentation is properly completed and filed.

Pick-up Scheduling:

Contact clients to arrange warehouse pick-ups.

Payment Processing:

Contact clients and collect final payments on orders.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

Problem Resolution:

Assist with resolving any order discrepancies or delays.

How your success will be measured:



Accuracy in product allocation to customer orders. Timeliness of product receipt and order allocation. High level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.

Your Skillset Includes:



2+ years of experience in warehouse and/or claims operations and customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
