In this role, you are responsible for managing and ensuring precise oversight of project deliverables, variations, project costs, milestones, Field Service billing, and service billing for the BHP Jansen project. This position would report into the Business Line Manager (BLM), and on an as needed basis, this position may provide ad hoc support to the Business Control organization.While searching for the best opportunity for yourself today, we are already thinking ahead of your future tomorrow. So now we challenge you to take it one step further and apply!What you will be doingTrack project deliverables and contract variations, monitor project costs and transactions, and coordinate equipment delivery logistics and receiving into storage warehouses, ensuring proper freight documentation is in place.Ensure all relevant paperwork accompanies capital equipment invoicing, maintain the equipment sales database, and perform appropriate filing.Process invoices related to equipment sales and milestone billings within 48 hours of notification, perform margin analysis as requested, and administer service billing.Work closely with the BLM, Project Manager, Applications and Account Managers, and vendors.Comply with Sandvik safety policies and applicable regulations, identify, and report unsafe work practices, and strive to find safer ways for customers to work with Sandviks products.Ensure all activities align with Company Values and Policies, support community initiatives, and take responsibility for personal development and skill enhancement.Perform other related duties as requested by the supervisor.What you will bring alongExperience and EducationThree (3) to five (5) years of order/delivery/sales invoicing experience in a similar environment.Exposure to the supply of equipment in the mining and construction industry.Experience with AS-400 Platform, Sales Tools, Salesforce CRM, SAP and Aurora.Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent.Comfortable working in a matrix organization.Required CompetenciesStrong customer service focus.Financial acumen and operational efficiency.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and time management.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Computer literacy.
