Registered Early Childhood Educator or equivalent (Child and Youth Worker or OCT Member) required for a Team Lead Position at St. Brendan CES (Stouffville, ON).
This is a full time position (30-40hrs/week). Candidates must be available to work a split shift in a before and after school program.
Starting Pay: $21.07 - $24.79/hour plus Wage Enhancement Grant ($2.00/hr), Team Lead Premium Pay, and Split Shift Premium ($2.00/hr).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with the school age team, the Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program. The Team Lead serves as a source of information to parents, community partners, and teammates through knowledge and understanding of internal policies and procedures, government child care regulations, and dedication to early learning and development. Through professional conduct and respectful leadership, the Team Lead acts as a model and support to teammates, supply staff, volunteers, and students. The Team Lead shows support of the supervisor\'s decisions and consistently advises the supervisor of information pertaining to the program.
