Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and creative

Summer Camp Teacher (RECE or Montessori-trained)

to join our team for

July and August

(Monday to Friday). This full-time seasonal role offers the possibility of transitioning into a full-time or part-time position starting in September.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging arts and crafts activities aligned with weekly themes Design and implement age-appropriate activities centered around the camp themes Supervise and support children primarily aged

2.5 to 6 years

Assist in the

toddler room (15 months to 2.5 years)

as needed

Qualifications & Skills

RECE, Montessori training, or Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) designation preferred Previous experience in a classroom or camp setting is a strong asset Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with young children Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Montessori principles is an asset Knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin an Asset Current

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification

Clear

Vulnerable Sector Check

(required upon hire) Up-to-date

health and immunization records

including 2-step TB test, Tetanus, and MMR
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
