As a Transaction and Listing Coordinator, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, from contract execution to closing. You\'ll also manage MLS listings, social media postings, and coordinate property showings and open houses. Compensation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000 \xe2\x80\xa2 Paid Time Off Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Input client information into the database, track transaction activities, and submit necessary documents to ensure file compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule home inspections, repairs, showings, and open houses for both buyer and seller transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee all administrative tasks from executed purchase agreements to closing for both buyer and seller transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain the seller\xe2\x80\x99s approval for offers and counteroffers, facilitating a smooth transaction process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange and attend events related to the closing process, including moving schedules, for both transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage post-closing systems, past client communication, and ensure financial systems\' integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep lead agents informed of any problems or issues, providing proactive solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement projects as needed and manage all incoming/outgoing leads, prospects, and referrals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate calendars and appointments for multiple team members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide excellent customer service, negotiate inspection responses, and handle all closing issues for both buyers and sellers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather all listing information, including property photos, pre-listing materials, and MLS research, to maintain listings on social media and in MLS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up showings and open houses to gather critical feedback for process improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure file compliance by sending completed listing agreements, sellers\xe2\x80\x99 disclosures, and other documents to the office broker. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years experience in real estate or administrative experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written & verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional organizational & project management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning-based. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong consultation & customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Service-based attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional critical thinking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent working with an ability to work at a fast pace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented and an enjoyment of completely a large volume of tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable handling strong personalities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be thorough and Love to-do lists. \xe2\x80\xa2 This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
