Responsibilities: Your Role: As a committed and disciplined Real Estate Trainer/Teacher, you\'ll shape the next generation of real estate stars by: \xe2\x80\xa2 Delivering comprehensive training on our proven and proprietary sales process for buyers and sellers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guiding agents through courses on general residential real estate practices, including New Agent Orientation and, based on your level of expertise, other specialized topics like Real Estate Technology, Country Residential and Commercial. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating an interactive, collaborative learning environment aligned with our core values of Accountability, Contribution, Commitment, Gratitude and Humility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Potentially leading specialized training sessions based on your expertise. Qualifications: Desired Skills & Qualifications: We seek a motivated professional who embodies real estate spirit and has a talent for teaching and training, with: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Profound understanding of real estate sales strategies and foundational concepts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong work ethic and team-player attitude. Bonus: In-market adult education experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Requirements: An adult education credential from a recognized post-secondary institution (degree, diploma, or certificate), or equivalent experience is essential. Alternatively, commitment to obtaining an adult education certificate within the first year is accepted. Prior training experience is a plus.
