We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized
Real Estate Social Media Marketing & Administrative Assistant
to join our growing real estate team. This On-Site Full Time role combines marketing and administrative support, helping to strengthen our brand presence online while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with strong digital marketing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for real estate. You will manage social media marketing campaigns, optimize online advertising performance, maintain client databases, and support administrative and customer service tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
Create, design, and publish engaging real estate content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Develop and manage
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns to generate quality leads
Optimize online visibility through
Google SEO
, including local search strategies and keyword optimization
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights
Maintain a consistent brand image across all online platforms
Collaborate with agents to promote listings, open houses, and community updates
Create marketing materials such as flyers, videos, and listing presentations using Canva or Adobe tools
CRM & Client Management
Manage and update client information in
CRM systems
(e.g., Follow Up Boss, Zoho, and kv core)
Support lead management and follow-up processes to ensure timely communication with clients
Organize and track marketing campaigns, leads, and conversions within the CRM
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Administrative Support
Provide front desk and phone support with professional communication and customer service
Schedule appointments, coordinate showings, and manage team calendars
Handle data entry, filing, and document management for transactions and correspondence
Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking related to marketing and office operations
Prepare and proofread contracts, proposals, and marketing materials
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kv core )
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of
social media marketing, SEO, and lead generation
Excellent
communication and copywriting skills
with attention to detail
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly
Customer service mindset
with professionalism and a positive attitude
Previous experience in
real estate, marketing, or office administration
preferred
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with real estate platforms (MLS, IDX websites, Propertybase, etc.)
Video editing for short-form social media content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks)
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Graphic design or copywriting background
