Part-Time Social Media Manager & Videographer

to join our team and help elevate our online presence.

Position Overview:


This is a part-time role (1-2 days per week) ideal for someone who has a passion for real estate marketing, video content creation, and social media management. You'll be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across platforms that showcase our listings, brand, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:



Create high-quality video and photo content for property listings, promotional campaigns, and lifestyle branding. Manage and grow The Mizzoni Team's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers. Edit and produce professional video reels, stories, and posts aligned with brand standards. Stay up to date on social media trends and apply innovative ideas to enhance our online presence. Coordinate with the team to schedule shoots, posts, and campaigns.

Qualifications:



Proven experience with social media management and content creation (portfolio required). Skilled in video shooting, editing, and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). Strong photography and graphic design skills are an asset. Knowledge of current real estate marketing trends is a plus. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Schedule & Compensation:



Part-time: 1-2 days per week (flexible schedule). Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
