Position Title: Real Estate Salesperson

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Salesperson with Air Realty, you will facilitate smooth real estate transactions, support our clients, and build strong relationships in the community. Your responsibilities will encompass: Servicing Air Realty leads (5-15 leads per month) Servicing TreePad Property Management leads (real estate investor leads) Negotiating property sales to achieve optimal outcomes for clients Participating in team meetings and training sessions Maintaining strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive commission splits with the potential to earn your way to a 90/10 split. Requirements:

A valid Real Estate License, or plans to complete the Nova Scotia Real Estate Course. A strong commitment to excellence, hard work, and perseverance. Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to independently navigate complex transactions. High level of integrity and dedication to fostering trust with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
