Part-time Experienced Real Estate Receptionist
  • REAL ESTATE OFFICE ADMIN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
  • answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using Brokerbay
  • Broker Load \xe2\x80\x93 input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Brokerbay
  • Offers \xe2\x80\x93 preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents
  • Supplies \xe2\x80\x93 maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
  • typing letters and other documents
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in real estate administration
  • Great customer service skills and people skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Gmail and internet
Shifts are Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm, Sat 10am-4pm and Sun 10am-4pm (two weekends per month) Job Type: Part-time Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Experience:
  • Real Estate receptionist: 1 year (required)
