About us Re/max Excel Titan is one of the fastest-growing real estate groups in the GTA. We are an energetic and close-knit team of platinum agents that have served over 2000 clients across Canada. Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with Real Estate experience (preferred but not mandatory) to grow with our team! Ideally lives in downtown Toronto as our office is nearby Sugar Beach / Harbourfront. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Required Competency with CRMs, Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Real Estate Softwares (additional training will be provided), Stratus MLS, Collaborate, TRREB, and Quickbooks Online
  • Have an understanding in OREA/real estate contracts to draft/execute and submit (listing, offer, cancellation documents)
  • Learning processes and proper execution to handle calls, scheduling appointments and preparing real estate contracts (lease, re-sale, pre-con)
  • Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and initiative to seek out solutions on your own
Nice to have;
  • Current or future plans to obtain your Ontario Real Estate Agent license an asset -- we will support you with access ongoing training in-person or virtual with our team
  • Additional written and spoken language fluency (Cantonese, Mandarin, Arabic, French and Spanish are preferred)
  • A valid drivers license with car to help with transportation to events from time to time
  • Previous experience with RE/MAX, using KVCore or any other similar real estate systems
