About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Prospector to join our team at Demco Capital. You will be responsible for identifying new multi-residential property acquisition opportunities, contacting property owners, and building long-term relationships with them. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the real estate investment field and actively contribute to the growth of our company.

This is a commission-based position, with earnings tied to results.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect the real estate market to identify new acquisition opportunities. Identify and contact property owners by phone, email, or in person. Analyze the potential and profitability of targeted properties in collaboration with the acquisitions team. Build and maintain a network of real estate contacts (owners, brokers, investors, etc.). Follow up with interested property owners until an agreement is reached. Keep an up-to-date database of properties and prospects.
Desired Profile

Experience in prospecting, sales, or business development (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and results-driven. Initiative, perseverance, and organizational skills. Strong interest in real estate investment. Knowledge of land registry tools or real estate databases is an asset.
