Creative SpecialistMain Purpose of the Job:
To capture, edit and deliver high quality content for our clients, including video, photography, drone, 3D Tours, graphics and other marketing assets. This position is primarily focused on capturing Real Estate listings for sale by Realtors and other real estate professionals.Reports to:
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive OfficerDirect Reports:
Chief Operating Officer, Ryan SnyderDuties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales and marketing for all regions the OneLook operates in
- Build and maintain long lasting professional relationships with clients
- Shoot & edit real estate videography
- Photography and photo processing for real estate shoots
- Create and process 3D Tours and Floor Plans
- Create social media content for OneLook and clients
- File management (RAW files, archives, completed files, OneLook Branded Content templates)
- Delivery of content within 24-48 hours
- Be involved in corporate projects - shooting and editing, helping with equipment, interviews etc
- Other related duties as assignedQualifications: - Minimum high school education
- Experience with photography and videography considered an asset
- Attention to detail is very important
- An eye for getting the shot
- An eye for design and staging to ensure the photos turn out great
- Strong communicator, positive and outgoing with clients
- Understanding of real estate considered an assetPage 1 of 3Working Conditions:
This job requires working in other peoples homes and driving throughout the day to multiple different locations. At times, exposed to weather conditions for short periods of time.
Workers may be required to be in smaller spaces or access low basements or unfinished spaces within a home. Long hours may be required during busy seasons. There may be long periods of working at a desk and using screens.Physical Requirements

Creative Specialists may be required to lift approximately 10-20lbs for extended periods of time while shooting.

• Motion Parameters

Creative Specialists are required to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout the day as well as squatting, twisting and driving.

• Vision and Hearing Requirements

Creative Specialists are required to drive for long periods or multiple times throughout the day. They also may be expected to spend long hours in front of a computer screen during days they are required to be in the office and editing.

• Psychological Demands

Troubleshooting and problem solving are expected day to day activities. Writing and responding to emails as well as posting on social media may also be required.

- Travel to listings as scheduledHard Skills Required: - Proficient in Final Cut 10 and Adobe Premier o File management, processes o Colour grading o Audio EQ- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including use of hot keys for maximum efficiency o Photoshop o Lightroom o After Effects o Illustrator o In-Design- Skilled with the use of mirrorless DSLR Cameras, specifically the Sony A7iii
- Skilled with the use of stabilizer/gimbal, specifically the Ronin S
- Keen eye for detail and getting the shot (composition)
