Real Estate Listing Manager and Team Administrator : We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team of real estate professionals. The Real Estate Listing Manager and Team Administrator is directly responsible for supporting the day-to-day duties of the team managers and handling the listing lifecycle from contract to agreement all while managing positive relationships with clients and ensuring best in class service. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Real estate, customer service, and computer skills are imperative to this role. Great work ethic is a must. Selling a home is personal and emotional, so this individual must not only be proactive, but also have good interpersonal skills. Only positive and ambitious individuals should apply. Job Duties & Responsibilities: ? Provide an exceptional level of service to both clients and agents by creating an ?experience worth talking about?. ? This team member will be a very visible face for the company, so it is important to develop and maintain positive relationships and a professional appearance. ? Manage all aspects of the seller transaction from first contact to purchase and sale agreement and onwards. ? Communicate and interact with brokers, agents, front desk staff, and back-office administrators on a regular basis. ? Execute all required steps to list a property and get it under agreement, such as preparing listing materials and pre-listing presentations, creating draft listings, coordinating showings, and scheduling open houses. ? Consult with sellers and agents to coordinate staging, photography, repairs, home improvements, signage, lockbox, appointment instructions, access requirements, and other activities required for showing and listing a property. ? Coordinate with various trades including cleaners, stagers, home inspectors, floor plans, window washers, movers, contractors, etc. ? Responsible for deal communication with agents, clients, partners (lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.) and brokerage. ? Responsible for coordinating all paperwork and file completion. ? Being proactive so clients are kept informed, updated in a timely manner, know what to expect, and feel reassured that they are being looked after. Consistency is key. ? Provide weekly updates to sellers with feedback and progress reports from showings and marketing efforts. ? Input listing information into the MLS, maintain documents and track progress for each listing, and update necessary information in client database and transaction management systems. ? Draft offers, amendments, and all other deal related paperwork. ? Visit client properties as required to complete the job function. ? Maintain expense tracking on listings. ? Assist the team with duties as assigned. Requirements: ? 2+ year(s) working in real estate support role (team or brokerage environment). ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and good work ethic. ? Have a valid G driver?s license. Reliable vehicle (good to have but not required) ? Strong multi-tasking and project management skills with attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, calm and focused under pressure. ? Able to work independently and take initiative to get tasks done to align with listing schedule and deadlines. ? Proficient in the use of MLS, Authentisign, BrokerBay, Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs), MS-Windows. ? Nice to know (but not required): Social Media, Trello, Canva, Planoly, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Apple Products (iOS, Mac OS) ? Working hours are normal office hours (900-500p or 930-530p). To be discussed - During peak periods additional work hours may be required outside of regular office hours (ie. evening or weekend).
