The Role:

The Real Estate Operations Manager provides daily leadership via the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment on key priorities and policies to drive greater organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability and deliver unparalleled client service.

Start Date: Immediate
Work Location: Hybrid (Beamsville office / your home office)
Job Type: Regular full-time
Salary: 70-80K

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel within the Welland \xe2\x80\x93 Burlington corridor as required (mileage allowance provided)
  • Willingness to be flexible with time; including ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Your scope of responsibilities will include:
  • Continuously reviewing and reporting on ongoing business performance, financial data, and key metrics to identify areas needing increased investment, cost reduction, or program improvement to drive company revenue and increase operational efficiencies.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities; recommending and developing relevant action plans that support business growth and expansion.
  • Recommending optimal organizational structure as business needs grow and evolve.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Recommending and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen company culture and increase employee engagement.
  • Assisting team agents to ensure team goals are tracked and met; including assisting with the coordination, preparation and execution of successful open house events.
Ideal candidates will possess the following education, experience and skills:
  • Real Estate License an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in a real estate management position required.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GSuite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
  • Advanced analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations.
  • Experience in strategic planning in a real estate setting.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail.
