Job Description

The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our top-producing agents in managing high-volume transactions and delivering outstanding client service. In this role, you will: o Assist with all aspects of real estate operations, including client communication, transaction coordination, and administrative support. o Draft, review, and manage contracts, addendums, and compliance documentation. o Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and prepare listing presentations, marketing packages, and property materials. o Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, and open houses. o Liaise with clients, lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure seamless transactions. o Utilize CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred), MLS, and Google Workspace to manage leads, tasks, and transaction records. Responsibilities: o Coordinate and manage all real estate transaction documents from contract to closing o Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and meetings for the agent(s) o Liaise with clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals o Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and forms in compliance with AREA & EREB standards o Prepare and organize CMA reports, listing packages, and buyer presentations o Monitor and maintain CRM (Follow Up Boss) with accurate data entry and follow-up tracking o Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration on time o Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely updates o Support with listing management: uploading to MLS, scheduling photography, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials o Coordinate open houses and show feedback reports o Contribute to daily team meetings, agent accountability, and client success tracking Qualifications: o Must be a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta (RECA compliant) o Member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) and AREA o Minimum 2 years of direct experience in real estate administration or as a licensed assistant o Deep understanding of Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing, and compliance protocols o Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment o Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Proficiency in real estate technology: Follow Up Boss, WebForms, Matrix, ShowingTime, Google Suite, Canva, DocuSign, etc. o Flexible availability, some evening and weekend support may be required o Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for client service About Company: At The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna, we're more than real estate professionals--we're trusted partners in clients' journeys.
