THE OPPORTUNITY
We are inviting qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Real Estate experience to join the team in our Calgary office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive and professional attitude.

This position is a full-time, in office position.
Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with Legal Assistants and Lawyers on sales, purchases and other real estate transactions
The preparation of legal documents including mortgage papers and signing packages
Conduct land title searches
Provide administrative legal support to other paralegals and legal assistants
Ability to work within a fast-paced team, meeting tight deadlines
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Be a graduate of an accredited legal assistant program
2 or more years of real estate/conveyancing experience preferred
