Graphic Designer
to join our team part-time in our office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in graphic/media design who is passionate about bringing real estate marketing to life.Job Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging marketing materials for real estate listings, projects, and agent branding (flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, social media graphics, etc.). Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to create consistent, on-brand visuals. Edit photos, videos, and other media for use in marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with design trends in real estate and marketing. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
graphic and media design
(portfolio required). Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and layout. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced real estate environment. Photography/video editing skills considered an asset.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
