Hours: 25 Hours/Week (with potential to grow into full-time)
Compensation: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience)

We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who brings energy, professionalism, and a friendly attitude to our team. As the first point of contact for agents, clients, and guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and represents the Keller Williams standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

:

Front Desk & Office Support:



Greet and assist agents, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a timely, courteous manner Manage and distribute mail, courier packages, and office communications Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and shared office spaces

Administrative Duties:



Prepare and issue deposit receipts for real estate transactions Input and update listings on TRREB and other MLS systems Maintain accurate agent and office records Support management with forms, checklists, and documentation as needed Order and organize office supplies and marketing materials Track and coordinate key office systems (lockboxes, signage, supplies, etc.)

Agent & Client Experience:



Assist new agents with onboarding and office orientation Manage agent inquiries and provide general support with technology and office processes Coordinate meeting room bookings and office calendars Help organize office events, meetings, and celebrations Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all who interact with the brokerage

Qualifications:



1+ year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role (real estate experience is a strong asset) Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office Experience with

TRREB/OREA/WEBForms

or a willingness to learn quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
