You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. - Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- To follow Big John\'s Buyer Process for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the program
