Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and market properties. Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions. Assist clients with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth experience. Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele and enhance client relations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Proven negotiation and marketing abilities Experience in property management and administrative tasks Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings A valid real estate license and relevant certifications are preferred
