Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate property transactions. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions. Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele and enhance client relations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Proven negotiation and marketing abilities Experience in property management and administrative tasks Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and clients Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
