Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and convey property information. Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers. Manage property listings and maintain organized records. Leverage multilingual abilities to assist diverse clientele. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transaction experience. Stay informed about market trends to provide clients with relevant insights.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Proven negotiation and marketing abilities Experience in property management and administrative tasks Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs A passion for real estate and a commitment to client success
