Job Summary:
I am seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to help elevate my business. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to real estate agents, assist in property management tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the real estate office.
Training will be provided to the right candidate. Job location: Sylvan Lake
Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents in property transactions, including listing properties, scheduling showings, organizing my calendar and coordinating open houses.
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms (Social Media) and websites.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct market research and compile reports on real estate trends and property values.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to properties and transactions.
- Support agents in preparing contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics to assist in decision-making processes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
