Bay Street Group Inc. is a non-franchised real estate brokerage in GTA with 1100 agents. We are expanding and we need your help. Job Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and edit transaction documents, including client profile, property information, transaction details, and other confidential materials using Microsoft suits and internal company system.
  • Greet and answer client\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, WeChat and in-person in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Handle sensitive information including cheques and orders, ensuring all information is secured and accurate.
  • Assist with preparation, formatting, proof writing and distribution of documents including contract, promotion materials, and other confidential materials.
Job Requirements
  • A college or a university degree
  • Extraordinary communication ability in both English and Mandarin
  • Attentive and detail oriented.
  • 40hours per week with 8 hour per shift. 2-3 Night shifts and 1weekend shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $16.55 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
