Bay Street Group Inc. is a non-franchised real estate brokerage in GTA with 1100 agents. We are expanding and we need your help.Job Responsibilities

Create, manage, and edit transaction documents, including client profile, property information, transaction details, and other confidential materials using Microsoft suits and internal company system.
Greet and answer clients inquiries in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, WeChat and in-person in a welcoming and professional manner.

Handle sensitive information including cheques and orders, ensuring all information is secured and accurate.
Assist with preparation, formatting, proof writing and distribution of documents including contract, promotion materials, and other confidential materials.
