Social Media Expert:

Experience managing bilingual (English & Mandarin) social media accounts and marketing campaigns across platforms like

WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

.
?

Marketing & Design Skills:

Proficiency in

Google G Suite, Microsoft Office, and design tools

(PPT, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) to create engaging marketing materials. Knowledge of

Canada Post Admail

is a plus.

AI & Tech-Savvy:

Ability to leverage AI tools for real estate marketing, experience using

real estate CRM systems

and automation software.

Translation Skills:

Fluent in

both English & Mandarin

, with the ability to translate marketing materials effectively.
?

Real Estate Platform Experience:

Familiarity with

Toronto MLS, BrokerBay, SkySlope

, and other transaction management platforms is preferred.
?

Strong Work Ethic:

Independent, detail-oriented, and a problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Valid Driver's License & Vehicle:

Required for commuting and occasional property-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:



Real Estate Deal Coordination:

Handle transaction paperwork (

OREA forms

), coordinate with clients, lawyers, and other real estate professionals.

Marketing & Brand Building:

Plan and execute marketing strategies, manage CRM for lead generation, and create engaging online content.

Social Media Management:

Develop campaigns to

increase brand visibility

and engage potential clients on multiple platforms.

Event Planning:

Organize and coordinate real estate seminars, open houses, and networking events (ranging from

100 to 1,000 attendees

).

Client Relationship Management:

Assist in following up with client inquiries, ensuring top-tier customer service.

Email & Digital Marketing:

Implement strategic messaging through

email marketing

and online client portals.
