Real Estate Assistant English & Cantonese (min 2 Yr Reco License)

Job Description
MUST have a RECO license and minimum 2 year solid Ontario Licensed agent experience! MUST be fluent in English, conversational Cantonese. Fix Salary + Bonus! Roles and Responsibilities:
- show properties, review offers, assist with the closing procedure, advertise listings, assisting open house & sales events, follow up with leads.
- prepare all Real Estate documents for resale/rental transactions.
- property management: coordinate with landlord/tenants/condo management office regarding repairs, cleaning, renewal and other services.
- Must have a RECO license with a minimum of 1-2 years solid Real Estate sales/rental experience.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Real Estate administration would be an asset.
- Familiar with Real Estate systems such as TREB, BrokerBay, Docusign, MLS, Webforms and Social Media marketing.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an asset.
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

- Ontario Real Estate Sales: 2 years (preferred)
