Our organization is currently seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of real estate terminology, and be able to document detailed descriptions and listings of properties, as well as create market analysis reports. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional, who is able to work with minimal supervision and has extensive real estate knowledge, along with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
  • Get listings to real estate agents.
  • Photograph real estate listings.
  • Assist with property management.
  • Update database in real estate office.
  • Make phone calls and do research using Google.
  • Provide support to real estate agents and sales staff to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:
  • Flexible schedule

  • French not required
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
