Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Appraiser to join our team for the Fraser Valley who is familiar with acreage properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating properties to determine their market value based on various factors, including location, condition, and comparable sales. This role requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect and analyze data effectively.

Duties

Conduct thorough property inspections to assess condition and features. Gather data on comparable properties in the area to support valuation conclusions. Prepare detailed appraisal reports that outline findings and justify property valuations. Stay updated on local real estate market trends and economic factors affecting property values. Communicate findings clearly to clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the appraisal process.

Skills

Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and data analysis. Proficiency in data collection methods to gather relevant information efficiently. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in appraisals and reports. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively. Good communication skills for presenting findings clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
