About the Role
As ATB's next Real Estate Analyst with People Places & Spaces (PP&S), you are responsible for serving as the central data, analytics and market intelligence function for the PP&S Strategy and Real Estate team, driving the continuous refresh and application of ATB's real estate portfolio optimization strategy. Reporting to the Associate Director, Leasing & Real Estate, this position ensures that ATB's real estate strategy is consistently informed by current market intelligence and comprehensive, enterprise-wide and external business data.
In this role you will provide data modelling, informed insights and analytics and market expertise, to support strategic real estate recommendations necessary to align ATB's physical network with evolving business needs and maximize overall portfolio performance. This role is critical for providing the foundational data analysis, market intel and expertise necessary to proactively optimize the real estate portfolio, drive optimal site selection and build/maintain strategic models.
PP&S is ATB's real estate and facilities business unit and leads: real estate strategy, workplace optimization and experience, spatial design, construction, project management, leasing and subleasing management, facilities management and maintenance, asset management, facility operations, occupational health and safety, and physical security. PP&S oversees ATB's 1.5 million square feet of space and the team is deeply connected to transforming banking through ATB's client facing locations, and leading the way with corporate workplace transformation, both of which bring ATB's mandate to life and power possibility for Albertans.
