ManpowerGroup is hiring motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing real estate sales team specializing in pre-construction condos and new homes. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary plus incentives, offering stability and uncapped earning potential.

Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: $27,600 annual salary
• Monthly Pay: $2,300/month (plus incentives)
• Target Earnings: ~$60,000 annually with bonuses
• Schedule:
• Mon: Work from home or project sites (approx. 3.5 hrs, depends on events)
• Tue - Sat: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (work from office)
• Sun: Off
• Client Meetings: Approx. 8 in-person meetings per month (or 1+ sale per month)

Requirements

• RECO License (active or in process)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle
• Sales mindset: goal-oriented and client-focused
• Flexibility: willingness to work from the office and on weekends
• Knowledge of Toronto's real estate market & pre-construction industry is a plus
