SR Services is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate agent. Looking for a bilingual (French and English) candidate that is a team player, a problem solver and enjoys customer service.
This opportunity is open to candidates located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
Booking appointments/showings and adding confirmations to calendar
Handling inquiries from potential prospects
Assisting with drafting listings/offers/preparing amendments/waivers
Organizing weekly schedule to be more efficient
Maximizing the usage of the CRM inputting all clients information, utilizing the software to better serve the clients
Creating social media content/ads/promotion
Qualifications:
Bilingualism French and English is a must (spoken and written)
Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
A real estate license is an asset
CRM experience is an asset
1-2 years of inside sales/telesales preferred
Working knowledge of Google GSuite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, Social Media
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Managing and coordinating multiple projects with ability to easily adapt to changes
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player, self-starter and ability to perform well under pressure
