Job Description
Join our growing team! With each client you are given the entire home-buying process will be under your direction, with advice and guidance from Team Feras Riyal. You will be the buyer\'s point of contact and make sure they have a pleasant experience throughout the whole buying process, from contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and ultimate sale. Participate in open houses, schedule showings, and take prospective buyers to see homes. Compensation: $80,000+ Responsibilities:
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have or are in the process of obtaining your real estate license
- Drivers license with access to vehicle
