Role Summary
Reporting to the Vice-President, Development, the Director, Real Estate Marketing & Sales will focus primarily on researching, planning, developing and leading the creative and innovative marketing initiatives for our larger scale multi-phase mixed use development projects that create results and foster Century Group\xe2\x80\x99s vision and values.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales programs for identified projects
  • Responsible for presentation centre design and concept, preparing flow-through plans for sales closures, and leading the sales team for identified projects
  • Research and understand target markets and customer attributes for each real estate development project, develop a strong realtor network, consolidate the data in a centralized CRM system, and track sales data.
  • Collaborating and providing expert input and support into other Real Estate team marketing initiatives, including contributing knowledge of product type and mix based on markets for projects prior to pro forma and architectural design.
  • Oversee the Homeowner Care team.
Education & Experience
Minimum ten (10) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Real Estate marketing, preferably in a Real Estate Development firm. Real Estate licence and/or Business Degree would be an asset.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Demonstrated success in launching the presale phase of large scale mixed-use development projects
  • Keen sense of design; awareness of trends and architectural influences
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in BC
  • Knowledge of customer-centred marketing and consultative sales techniques
  • Knowledge of land and real estate development
  • Knowledge of REDMA
  • Superior communication skills and ability to build rapport and leverage social networks
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide internal and external business partners
