Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, interactive web applications using React.js, ensuring responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript. Implement state management solutions such as Redux or React Context to handle complex data flows efficiently. Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to enable smooth data exchange between front-end and back-end services. Optimize application performance through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC). Participate in agile development processes using tools like Jira and Trello, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Ensure code quality through version control systems such as GitHub or SVN, and facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins or similar tools.

Experience

Proven experience building scalable web applications with React.js, demonstrating a strong understanding of component-based architecture. Hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular (nice-to-have), and responsive web design principles. Familiarity with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Spring Framework, or ASP.NET for full-stack development insights. Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB or SQLite; understanding of SQL queries is essential. Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment purposes. Strong understanding of system architecture concepts including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, GraphQL APIs, and server configurations like Tomcat or WebSphere. Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions; experience with Ansible or similar automation tools is a plus. Ability to create wireframes and user flows that enhance user experience (UX) and support web design best practices for e-commerce platforms or content management systems like WordPress or Drupal. Familiarity with SEO principles and web performance optimization techniques to improve visibility and load times.
